Most dieters wonder "how many calories should I eat a day to lose weight?". I believe the most important thing is not the amount of calories, but the quality of the calories.

As an example, the calories found in a can of soda is around 150. Now compare those calories to 150 calories found in fresh raw homemade fruit or vegetable juice. Trust me, the calories from the fresh homemade fruit or vegetable juice will be far healthier for you?

Compare 150 calories from chips compared to the 150 calories from eating raw nuts. Or calories consumed from a greasy fast food hamburger, compared to calories from a salmon steak. Which do you think are better?


How many calories should you eat? Which one should you eat?


As you can see, it's not about the quantity of calories, but the quality of calories that you eat each day. If you made this simple change in the quality of calories, you just may be able to eat the same amount of calories and still lose weight.
